Not sure if they couldn't handle the group that came in or just very inexperienced staff.
Felt like we were bothering the staff asking for another drink. Told that we couldn't have a jug of water for the table we'd have to purchase bottled water.
Staff seemed to have an argument on the floor in front of customers.
